We have a furnished room with a stunning view becoming available on December 20th.

The room is the largest in the apartment, with windows and a balcony facing west (amazing sunset views!). You will be sharing the apartment with three others (mixed genders) in their mid to late 20s, all either working or in the late stage of their studies. The vibe is easy-going, respectful, and friendly—we all have our own lives but enjoy the occasional drink or dinner together. The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a balcony, and a washing machine.

It’s located near Jan van Galenstraat metro station (2-minute cycle or 7-minute walk) and just a 20-minute cycle to the city center or Zuid.Registration is possible from January onwards. The lease is month-to-month, but we have a preference for a long-term tenant. Rent is €803.50 per month, including bills and internet. December rent will naturally be prorated.

The deposit is €937.50 and the furniture €600. There is also a one-time agency fee of €180.Please reach out if you can view the room in the coming week(s) and are ready to move in on December 20th.
