Hi All, I am looking for roommate for an indefinite period!1 Bed Room available in apartment at Ams-West near Rembrandtpark.

The apartment has living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 toilers, a small store and terrace. Room is unfurnished, but we have all the stuff in other areas of the house. Room size is 11.5 sq meter (EUR 950 excl. bills bills approx 100 euro unfurnished only curtains available) 5 mins walking from supermarkets/store, 2 mins from gym.

The place is available from 1st January. 2-month deposit required (negotiable).You will be staying with 2 other people Hamza & Ansuman: We! are most of the times busy working and studying, but also like to spend some nice moments in the apartment. We both love cooking and working and would really appreciate company of nice 3rd flatmate.Looking for responsible people, who can take good care of this place, respectful of people around them. (No smoking in the apartment you can do it in terrace).

Registration is not possible (but can be discussed in the future). Please note this is not a party place.
