Housemate wanted (male, 27+) | Weesperzijde
• We (Yoram, Suzan, and Serra) are looking for a new housemate.
• Working male, 26+, starting no later than 1 February.
• An earlier start is possible from 11 January.
The Home
The house is located on the Weesperzijde, overlooking the Amstel River.
• First floor:
Suzan's and Serra's rooms, the kitchen, a shared toilet, and a communal space with a dining table and river view.
• Second floor:
Yoram's room, your room, a separate shared toilet, and a shared bathroom.
Your room includes a private bathroom with shower and sink.
• Third floor:
A cozy communal attic with a couch and TV.
The room is approximately 15-20 m², including the private bathroom.
Rent
• €835 per month approx, including utilities, internet, and a cleaner once every two weeks
• Municipal taxes and water costs are not included and will be settled separately once per year
• No deposit needed
